Trac offers a simple interface for adding your own field and farm names, supplies, machines, tank mixes, and other inputs. Funds - Funds offers financial software tools to improve profitability of your operation. These tools include an interactive checkbook register, budgeted and actual cash flows, payroll, market value, and detailed enterprise statements.

The program also tracks supply, growing crop, harvested crop, and livestock inventories. Fixing accounting entries is quick and simple. Funds enables you to go back and edit your transactions while still maintaining a full "audit trail". Generate cash and accrual general ledger accounts for farm managers and tax preparers. All financial data integrates back to fields and livestock to provide a cost per acre or cost per head of livestock. The integration of field records and livestock allow you to make better decisions in order to increase farm profitability.

Site - Site provides a basic solution for mapping. Includes many user-friendly tools for downloading aerial photos, creating field boundaries, and establishing crop zones. Read and write data from any Trimble display, yield monitor, and other popular precision ag devices for creating maps that integrate with job data.

Site provides unlimited layers for yield mapping, application logs, soil types, soil sample points, tile lines, and more. Basic prescription maps are easy to create and will export to many file formats and popular hardware devices. The integration with Trac is especially unique. For example, if importing yield or application data into Site, Trac will convert this spatial data into a field record. Integration that provides less work for you and better record keeping for your operation.

Stock - Stock provides detailed records for any livestock operation. Enter unlimited animal types from cattle, hogs, goats, dairy, sheep, horses, reindeer, dogs, and more with the same program.

Individual animals and groups are easy to setup with no limitations on the number of animals it will handle. The versatile calendar is a classic feature that shows completed actions and upcoming events for every animal. Reports are easy to print and can be customized for your specific needs. Stock has something for every livestock operation, no matter how large or how small.

Pro - Pro takes your mapping to the next level. Pro enhances your mapping experience with multi-year yield averaging (also known as normalizing) and profit/loss mapping.

With normalizing of yield data, multiple years can be averaged to discover consistently high and low yielding areas. Users can select any combination of crop and/or year for the normalizing, excluding abnormal years, in order to visualize history zones in each field.

The profit/loss mapping feature creates a layer for each crop enterprise year and integrates financial information with precision maps. For example, a user can view a profit map based on seed variety and variable rate application maps, along with yield. Costs can be manually entered for each input with the Trac and Site office software (programs that offer field records and mapping/GIS). When the Funds module (an integrated grower-level accounting program) is used with Pro , "true" input costs from the checkbook will flow into the profit/loss map. This offers increased financial accuracy with significantly less work. Pro makes it easy to find out what parts of your fields are making money and what precision farming practices are most profitable. No other software in the industry compares to the profit/loss mapping in Pro.

The Surface software module provides a surface and sub-surface drainage water
management solution designed to be the perfect partner for a field leveling system such
as the Trimble� FieldLevel II leveling system on the FmX� integrated display. Surface is an
analysis and design tool that assists with the optimal placement of tile and surface drains.
This helps drain the field adequately, and subsequently increases crop yields.

This Windows� based program installs on popular mobile devices such as Pocket PCs, Windows� CE handhelds and tablet computers, as well as laptops running Windows� 2000 or higher (including Windows XP and Vista). When using Trac Mate, you can be assured of capturing accurate field records and having them available for timely decision making. There will be no more late nights or waiting for a rainy day to update your field records.

Site Mate Scouting - Site Mate Scouting is the second level of Site Mate which includes all the features of Basic. Use this software to gain additional features for logging attributes, navigating to targets, creating grids for soil sampling, or 3D display.

Site Mate Scouting is the leader in scouting software for growers and professionals. A key feature to Scouting is attribute logging to points, lines, and boundaries. For example, if you record the GPS location of weeds, the map can include customized information for that point. Attribute examples include the type of weed, a count (or severity), and notes. These attributes can be setup for an employee before heading to the field in order to eliminate mistakes. Another key feature of Site Mate Scouting includes "Grid Creation Tools" that automates a grid and target points for navigation.

Entering livestock records have never been easier. Just take your mobile device to the barn and enter records as you go. If you need to look up history records for a particular animal, simply select the history button. View past vaccinations, service records, birth history, or an updated pedigree. Stock Mate is also compliant with most RFID and EID ear tags.

Wireless Solutions

Farm Works� Sync is a component of the Connected Farm� solution. Sync provides wireless data transfer between the field and office, creating a link between your handheld device, vehicle
display, and desktop computer. Sync eliminates the use of memory cards and storage devices for linking the field to your office. Collecting data from the field is extremely important and Sync secures that information when you need it most. Hardware solutions that are compatible with Sync include the Trimble� AgGPS� FmX� integrated display and/or
Trimble handheld computers and other hardware devices utilizing the Farm Works field software. Data transfer can include information such as planned and completed jobs, guidance lines, soil sampling and scouting maps, application maps, yield maps, and variable rate prescription maps.
